Peer Review Process

Professional Business Journal (PBJ) implements a rigorous peer review process to ensure the quality and relevance of every manuscript submitted. Each submitted manuscript is initially reviewed by the editor to determine its alignment with the journal’s focus and scope, assess for any major methodological flaws, and check similarity using Turnitin software.

Review Process:

  1. Author submits the manuscript
  2. Editorial Evaluation [some manuscripts may be rejected or returned before peer review]
  3. Double-blind peer review process
  4. Editor’s Decision
  5. Final confirmation to the author

This journal applies a double-blind peer review process, meaning that the identities of both the reviewers and authors are concealed from each other throughout the review period.
