This statement clarifies the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the publication process of this journal, including the author, the chief editor, the Editorial Board, the peer-reviewers, and the publisher. This statement is based on COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.

Editor Responsibilities

  • The editor of Professional Business Journal (PBJ) is responsible for deciding which articles to publish through editorial board meetings.
  • Editors treat all submitted manuscripts fairly and without discrimination.
  • Editors maintain confidentiality of manuscript information.
  • Unpublished manuscripts will not be used for the editor’s personal research.

Reviewer Responsibilities

Author Responsibilities
