THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE, BURNOUT, AND COHESIVITY EMPLOYEE TURNOVER GROUP WITH JOB SATISFACTION AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE IN EMPLOYEES OF KSPPS FASTABIQ KHOIRO UMMAH
Abstract
A high turnover rate will have a negative impact on the organization, including
KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership
style on job satisfaction, the effect of burnout on job satisfaction, the effect of group
cohesiveness on job satisfaction, the effect of leadership style on turnover intention, the
effect of burnout on turnover intention, the effect of group cohesiveness on turnover
intention, and the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention.
This research is a type of explanatory research. The research subjects were
KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah employees, while the number of samples was 114
people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument. The data
analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).
Based on the research results, it can be concluded that leadership style, burnout,
and group cohesiveness have an effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style, burnout,
cohesiveness and job satisfaction affect turnover intention.
