MODEL PENENTU KEBERLANJUTAN PERUSAHAAN DENGAN COMPANY VALUE PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFACTURE DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI)

Abstract

This study aims to study and analyze corporate sustainability due to phenomena and
research gaps that occurred in previous studies. In this study, value is included as an
intervention variable that aims to mediate concerns that may affect corporate
sustainability and mediate the effects of ERM, profitability and corporate leverage on
corporate sustainability. This study uses secondary data by taking data from the financial
department of each manufacturing company in Indonesia that is listed on the IDX. The
data obtained will be processed using E-Views analysis. The results of this study are
ERM and profitability have a significant effect on company sustainability. The company's
leverage has no effect on the company's sustainability. Firm value does not mediate
enterprise risk management (ERM) and profitability affects company sustainability in
manufacturing companies. Firm value plays a role as a mediation of company leverage
affecting the sustainability of companies in manufacturing companies. Firm value is
needed as a mediation of corporate leverage on corporate sustainability in
manufacturing companies.
