ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENGARUH TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN STUDI LANJUT KE PROGRAM SARJANA BIDANG STUDI MANAJEMEN DI UNIVERSITAS SAFIN PATI
Abstract
his research aims to find out what factors influence the decisions of class XII students at
SMA, MA, and SMK in choosing further studies at Safin Pati University, in particular
choosing the undergraduate management study program at the Faculty of Economics and
Business, Safin Pati University in Pati. The factors used in this research are price,
promotion, psychology, culture, and social class. These factors are also relevant to
factors in the marketing mix, where the marketing management course is also interesting
to know the background of the decision to choose further studies. The population in this
study were all class XII SMA, MA, and SMK students in Rembang Regency. Approach c
convenience sampling and representative samples with a total of 100. Distribution of
questionnaires, especially samples using random sampling method, where the sample is
found randomly. Reliability and validity test, Regression Test, ANOVA and control
coefficient. The results obtained are the variable factors Promotion, Promotion,
Psychology, Culture, and Social Class and psychology does not significantly influence the
decision to purchase further studies. Meanwhile, the price, culture and social class factors. The psychological impact of subsequent research decisions is significant. The
perfect model with sig. 0.000, the coefficient of determination is 46.50 percent.
