Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mendorong peningkatan penggunaan media sosial oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun, temuan empiris mengenai pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap kinerja bisnis masih menunjukkan hasil yang inkonsisten. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis temuan-temuan empiris terbaru mengenai hubungan antara penggunaan media sosial dan kinerja bisnis UMKM dengan menekankan peran mediasi Information Quality (IQ), Knowledge Sharing, dan Innovation Capability. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap artikel terindeks Scopus dan jurnal bereputasi periode 2020–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial tidak secara langsung meningkatkan kinerja bisnis, tetapi melalui mekanisme transformasi informasi digital menjadi kapabilitas inovatif organisasi. Information Quality berperan sebagai mediator kognitif awal yang meningkatkan efektivitas knowledge sharing, yang selanjutnya memperkuat innovation capability dan berdampak pada kinerja bisnis. Artikel ini menawarkan model mediasi berantai yang memperluas perspektif Knowledge-Based View dan Dynamic Capability Theory dalam konteks UMKM di negara berkembang.
