PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI TEMA KELUARGA AWAL KEHIDUPAN MELALUI VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN PADA SISWA KELAS VII A SMPN 2 MARGOYOSO PATI

Abstract

This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research aims to, 1) to describe the improvement in learning motivation for the family theme of the beginning of life of class VII B students of SMPN 2 Margoyoso Pati semester I of the 2023/2024 academic year 2) to describe the improvement of learning outcomes of the family theme of the beginning of life of class VII B students of SMPN 2 Margoyoso Pati semester I of the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The results of this research were 1) there was an improvement in student learning motivation in all cycles with the following details, in cycle 1 there was an increase in student learning motivation on the low criteria there were 8 students or 27.59%, on the medium criteria there were 14 students or 48.28% and High criteria are 5 students or 17.24%. In cycle II it increased with the low criteria remaining 2 students or 6.90%, the medium criteria 15 students or 51.72% and the high motivation criteria increasing to 12 students or 41.38%. 2) there is an increase in student learning outcomes on the family theme of early life. The details of the improvement are as follows, there was an increase in student learning outcomes with the number of students completing 7 students or 24.13%. In the second cycle, students completing had reached 26 students or 89.65%. There are 3 students who have not yet completed their studies. The conclusion of this research is that the use of learning video media can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of Class VII B students at SMPN 2 Margoyoso Pati.
