Abstract

This research aims to describe efforts to improve teachers' ability to compose teaching
modules through the use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform. This research was carried out at
SD Negeri 2 Kembang. Teachers' problems in compiling independent curriculum teaching
modules certainly affect the quality of learning. Therefore, researchers are encouraged to
provide assistance through academic supervisors to improve teachers' abilities in compiling
independent curriculum teaching modules using PMM. This research is school action
research which was carried out over two cycles. The research instrument uses observation
and documentation. The results of the research explain that in cycle I the percentage of
achievement in the teaching module component was 61% and in cycle II the achievement in
the teaching module component was 84%. It can be concluded that academic supervision
through the use of the Merdeka Mengajar platform is effective in improving the ability of
teachers at SD Negeri 2 Develops in compiling teaching modules. Therefore, it is
recommended that school principals encourage teachers or colleagues to utilize the Merdeka
Mengajar Platform as a learning resource.
