Education is very important for the next generation of the nation, especially in the millennial era with all the sophistication that exists. The need for high knowledge must be accompanied by faith and noble character for a balance in filtering all existing novelties. All of this can be realized with guidance from teachers at school, support from parents at home, and of course with a healthy environment for children. Success in schools is manifested by the ability of teachers to carry out their duties in all aspects, especially in the learning process. The learning process is processed to find out the results which are then analyzed as a form of assessment. The problem experienced by the teachers of SD Negeri Tlogowungu 02 is the processing of the assessment, starting from this, an In House Training (IHT) activity was held. This activity is carried out with the iterative cycle method, the subjects are all class teachers and subject teachers, and it is carried out in the even semester of the 2021/2022 school year. With this activity, it is proven that there is an increase in the ability of teachers in processing assessments starting from the preparation of the grid to the analysis and follow-up activities. From the results of the available data, it was concluded that in the first cycle, there were still 1 out of 9 teachers who had not reached the target, so that individual mentoring was held in the second cycle which was
