PENGARUH SUPERVISI AKADEMIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN GURU MENYUSUN MODUL AJAR DI SD NEGERI 3 WELAHAN
Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to describe academic supervision activities in an effort to improve teachers'
abilities in developing teaching modules. The research conducted was a action research. The
research location is at SD Negeri 3 Welahan. The research was conducted for 3 months. The
flow of implementing the PTS design is adapted from Kemmis and Mc Taggart, namely action
plans, implementation of actions, observation, reflection. Data collection techniques in this study
through observation. Data collection also comes from document studies in the form of student
work reports. The instrument used is the observation format. Data analysis using quantitative
and qualitative analysis. The results of the research show that academic supervision is able to
improve the ability of teachers at SD Negeri 3 Welahan in compiling teaching modules that are
systematically designed to contain learning tools/tools, methods, learning instructions and
learning guidelines.
