PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN GURU MENGELOLA ADMINISTRASI MELALUI SUPERVISI BERBASIS GOOGLE SITES DI SD NEGERI TLOGOWUNGU 02 KABUPATEN PATI
Abstract
Abstract : This study aims to describe the increase in the ability of teachers to manage administration through supervision based on Google Sites at Tlogowungu 02 Public Elementary School, Pati Regency. Starting from these problems, Google Sites-based supervision is carried out to better regulate administration. The research activity was carried out using the repeated cycle method, the subjects were all teachers at SD Negeri Tlogowungu 02. The research subjects were teachers at SD Negeri Tlogowungu 02. The type of data collected in this study was in the form of main data and supporting data. Data collection techniques through documentation, observation, instruments, and interviews. Data validation was carried out using triangulation techniques to maintain the validity of the data in the study. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out in 2 ways, namely quantitative
analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of the study proved that there was an increase in the teacher's ability to prepare lessons, carry out learning, and manage administration more properly. From the results of the data it can be concluded that there was an increase in administrative completeness of 12.48%, that is, the average percentage in cycle I was 68.78% and it increased in cycle II by 81.25%. It is proven that supervision activities based on Google Sites are effective in improving the ability of teachers to manage administration at SDN Tlogowungu 02 Pati Regency.
