Abstract

Abstract: The research objective was to analyze and describe the implementation of developing an authentic assessment instrument for spiritual attitudes and social attitudes based on strengthening character education (PPK) in Grade IV SD students. The subjects in the study consisted of: SDN 01 Loram Kulon, SDN 01 Getas Pejaten, SDN 02 Getas Pejaten and SDN 04 Getas Pejaten in class IV who had carried out an authentic assessment of the 2013 curriculum. This research was a type of qualitative research. The research design uses a model according to Borg and Gall. The research was conducted in 3 schools namely SDN 01 Getas Pejaten, SDN 02 Getas Pejaten, and SDN 01
Loram Kulon as the experimental class and 1 control class, namely SDN 04 Getas Pejaten. The learning model in the classroom uses Example Non Example and learning media includes: 2- dimensional image media, teaching aids, learning videos and objects in the surrounding environment. The learning activities carried out proved that students were very interested and enthusiastic about participating in learning. The results of the questionnaire given to students showed 98.02% of students' responses to learning, which means students were very interested in learning.
Meanwhile, the teacher's response was 88.8% in the very good category from the minimum criteria of 75.01%, which means that the teacher is very happy to implement the Example Non Example learning model. The conclusions of the research regarding the Implementation of the Development of Authentic Assessment Instruments for Spiritual Attitudes and Social Attitudes Based on Character Education Strengthening for fourth graders of elementary school were carried out in 3 elementary schools which became experimental classes and carried out for 01 weeks.
