PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN TEMA BUMIKU MATERI ASEAN MELALUI MEDIA MPI SISWA KELAS VI SDN MARGOMULYO TAYU PATI

Abstract

The objectives of this study are, as follows: 1) Describe the use of Interactive Learning Media (MPI) in increasing learning motivation My Earth Theme Asean material for class VI students at SDN Margomulyo Tayu Pati Semester II for the 2021/2022 academic year. 2) Improving the learning outcomes of My Earth Theme Asean material for class VI students at SDN Margomulyo Tayu Pati Semester II for the 2021/2022 academic year through the use of Interactive Learning Media (MPI). This research was divided into 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II, each consisting of 3 meetings. The result is an increase in social studies learning motivation for class VI students at SDN Margomulyo semester II for the 2021/2022 academic year. This is shown by social studies learning motivation in the pre-cycle is still at 31%, increasing to 66% in the first cycle, and to 95% in the second cycle. Student learning outcomes have increased as indicated by the results of formative tests which have increased from the pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. This is shown by the learning outcomes of Social Sciences with the theme of My Earth on Asean material in the pre-cycle which was still at 34%, increasing to 74% in cycle I, and to 95% in cycle II. The conclusion of the research is that the use of MPI Media can increase the Understanding of My Earth Theme Asean Material Through MPI Media Class VI Students of SDN Margomulyo Tayu Pati Semester II Year 2021/2022”. Understanding in this study consists of motivation and student learning outcomes.
