Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to (1) determine the influence of school culture on teacher performance at SD Negeri Agungmulyo, Juwana District, Pati Regency. (2) to determine the effect of the principal's academic supervision on teacher performance at SD Negeri Agungmulyo, Juwana District, Pati Regency. (3) knowing the difference in the influence of school culture and the principal's academic supervision on teacher performance at SD Negeri
Agungmulyo, Juwana District, Pati Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample for this research was teachers at SDN Agungmulyo, Juwana District, with a total of 10 teachers. Data mining using questionnaires, documentation, and instrument testing using validity and reliability tests. prerequisite test using normality test, linearity. Test the hypothesis using a simple regression test and multiple regression. Research results in 1)
there is an influence of school culture on the performance of SDN Agungmulyo teachers, with an f-count of 254.551 > f-table of 4.03. Furthermore, the percentage of 83.3% of teacher performance at SDN Agungmulyo is influenced by school culture. 2) there is an effect of the principal's academic supervision on the performance of SD Negeri
Agungmulyo teachers, with f-count 290.002 > Ftable 4.03, with a R-square value of 0.850 and a percentage result of 85% teacher performance is influenced by the principal's academic supervision. 3) There is a significant difference between the influence of school culture and the principal's academic supervision on teacher performance.
