Abstract

This research has a background, namely the ability of teachers to make learning media during
the pandemic is low. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability to make learning video
media at SDN Tegalharjo 02 Trangkil Pati through the Mini workshop method. The researcher
planned this research using the principles of School Action Research. This research was divided
into 2 cycles, each of which consisted of 3 meetings. The result is the process of making learning
media by the teacher before the study still got a score of 32 out of the highest score of 100. The
improvement in the second cycle reached a score of 60 and the second cycle reached a score of
90. The ability to make learning video media also increased from the pre-cycle which reached a
good level. teachers or 25%, in the first cycle 6 teachers or 75% and the second cycle there are
7 teachers or 87.5% of the total number of teachers is 8 people. The conclusion of the study is
that the use of the Mini workshop method can improve the ability to make learning video media
for teachers at SDN Tegalharjo 02 Trangkil Pati in the first semester of the 2021/2022 academic
year.
