PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM MEMBUAT BERBAGAI PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN MELALUI METODE BIMBINGAN TERSTRUKTUR DI SDN REJOAGUNG 02 TRANGKIL PATI
Abstract
This study aims to improve the ability to develop learning tools
for teachers of SDN Rejoagung 02. This research takes the type of research, namely research
School Action (PTS). The research targets were all teachers at SDN Rejoagung 02 both teachers
class and subject teachers. The result is a guiding process in compiling learning device before the research with a score of 35, during the first cycle to get a score 65, and cycle II obtained a score of 92. The maximum score used as a benchmark is 100. The results of coaching in preparing learning tools also increased from pre cycles that reach a good level there is 1 criterion teacher while there are 2 teachers and less criteria there are 4 good teachers, in cycle I there are 4 criteria teachers while there are 2 teachers and the criteria are not good there is 1 teacher. In cycle II there were 7 teachers who had achieved good criteria from the whole number teachers are 7 people. . The conclusion of this research is that the application of Structured Guidance can improve the ability to compose various learning tools for elementary school teachers Rejoagung 02 Trangkil Pati Regency semester I of the 2021/2022 academic year.
