PELATIHAN PTK/ PTS UNTUK GURU: MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN, DAN PENGEMBANGAN PROFESIONALISME GURU

The PTK/PTS program is implemented with the aim of improving the quality of education, and the development of teacher professionalism. The activity was carried out at USP involving 15 teachers and principals. Training methods are conducted through workshops, mentoring, and online sessions on the BAP platform. The main focus is PTK/PTS training, scientific article writing and publishing. The training consists of three stages namely preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation which is carried out during 4 meetings. The results of community service to teachers and school principals in Pasti Regency show that PTK and PTS training is very necessary. This is due to the fact that this training teaches teachers how to plan and implement PTK and PTS so that they can overcome problems that arise in everyday learning and, with tested methods, they can better improve their teaching practice. In addition, teachers acquire better skills in compiling PTK/PTS reports and turning reports into scholarly articles as a result of this learning. This increases their ability to publish scientifically.
