The use of educational games to enhance motivation and conceptual understanding of mathematics among elementary school students is increasingly important in the digital age[2][3]. This preliminary study proposes the development of Math Car Prix, a 3D car racing game based on Godot Engine 4.4 that integrates mathematics learning elements. The research method employs an iterative Research and Development (R&D) approach, including needs analysis, system design, prototype development, testing, and repeated revisions. The conceptual framework is based on constructivist learning theory and gamification principles to create an active, interactive, and enjoyable learning environment[3][5]. The initial game design includes 3D racing gameplay with integrated math problem challenges, interactive interfaces, and a point/reward system to increase motivation. Conceptual findings suggest that Math Car Prix has the potential to be an effective alternative learning medium, supporting mathematical concept understanding through meaningful experiences. Further research will include development of a functional prototype in Godot Engine, expert validation, and student trials to evaluate its effectiveness.
