DINAMIKA KONSTITUSI DALAM SISTEM HUKUM DI INDONESIA
Abstract
The Constitution is the basic law, both written and unwritten. The constitution has a very
important role and is essential for the existence of a country from the influence of various
dynamic developments. Before Indonesia became independent, the ideas and structure of life in
Indonesian society were based on colonialism which was very exploitative, then after
independence these ideas and structures changed completely to become an independent society.
Thus, in order to realize the independence of Indonesian law, it has become imperative for the
development of the Indonesian legal system to be implemented immediately. In the course of its
development, law in Indonesia is currently heavily influenced by external elements, so as far as
possible it is necessary to maintain material legal sources from Indonesian laws.
