MENILAI DAMPAK EVENT BESAR OLAHRAGA PROLIGA BOLA VOLI 2021 TERHADAP KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS PENONTON
Abstract
An important factor in the success of event planning is the level of service provided and how well staff management handles audience satisfaction. This study sought to ascertain the level of audience loyalty to sporting events, the performance of the organizing committee in event management, and the impact of sporting events on audience satisfaction based on the quality of service provided. This study is a descriptive one that combines qualitative and quantitative methods. This study included all 64 spectators of the proliga volleyball competition that took place at the Amongrogo Sports Hall in Yogyakarta. Simple random sampling was used to select the participants in the study. Techniques for collecting data using a questionnaire. PLS-SEM technique for data analysis A positive influence on audience loyalty was shown by the graph in the results, which demonstrated that the quality of service provided had an effect on audience satisfaction. The satisfaction of the audience is also significantly influenced by staff performance. It is also acknowledged that the level of excellence in sports event management has a positive impact on the level of fan loyalty.
