ANALISIS PROSES KEBIJAKAN TRANSFER ATLET DALAM INDUSTRI OLAHRAGA

Abstract

Player transfers are a sports industry that has been happening all the time. In carrying out the player transfer process there is a policy that accompanies it. This research was conducted to analyze the athlete transfer policy process in the sports world. The findings of various transfer policies that occur in the world of sports are related to the value of player transfers that must be paid. Studies are coded for the characteristics of policies that have the potential to cause various risks that will occur. The results of the study indicate that the variation in transfer fees between players has been focused on four sets of variables; characteristics of buyers and sellers, characteristics of players and control variables. Several published studies on athlete transfers refer to the following athlete transfer issues: (1) Transfer institutions, (2) Transfer fees, (3) Employment contract issues, (4) Property issues, (5) Benefit conflict of interest, (6) Conflict between capital and labor, (7) Conflict of goals, (8) Bad Behavior, (9) Conflict of athletes during training. It can be concluded that the athlete transfer policy in the world of sports affects the value of players when performance changes and the better the performance, the higher the value of the player.
