KORELASI LEG POWER, LEG LENGTH DENGAN SPRINT ABILITY 100 METER PADA SISWA KELAS 3 SMP N 1 PATI
Abstract
The purpose of ithis research is to obtain empirical information whether there is a relationship between leg strength, leg length and 100-meter sprint ability in grade 3 students of SMP Negeri 1 Pati, Pati Regency, for the 2021-2022 academic year. In this research, the test procedure was used. as well as measurements listed in the descriptive procedure, otherwise the research variables consist of 3 variables. The survey and measurement equipment for this research are: (1) Jump test without starting (jump from the starting board), (2) Measure the length of the foot, (3) Test the 100 m sprint performance. This research was attempted at SMP Negeri 1 Pati, Pati Regency by taking illustrations of 30 students who were identified through classical sampling. The results of collecting and processing information at a significance level of 5% share the following results: (1) The correlation coefficient between X1 and Y is 0.85, the r-table is 0.361, (2) The correlation coefficient between X2 and Y is 0.33 r table is 0, 361, (3) X1, X2 and Y with regression 0, 97, r-table 0, 3494 and Freg 436, 5 F-table 4, 21. Conclusion from research results: There is a significant correlation between variables X1 (leg power) and Y (100m sprint ability). There is no significant relationship between variables X2 (leg length) and Y (100 meter sprint ability). The correlation between variables X1, X2 and Y displays a significant relationship.
