The Relationship Between Nursing Students' Perceptions and Collaborative Attitudes in Participating in Interprofessional Education (IPE)

IPE is a collaborative learning approach that involves students from various health study programs to increase cross-professional understanding and teamwork abilities. Students' perceptions of IPE play an important role in shaping their attitudes towards cooperation, such as mutual respect, effective communication, and conflict resolution. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between student perceptions and cooperative attitudes in participating in IPE. This research uses quantitative methods with a cross sectional approach. The number of respondents in this study was 150 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The research carried out showed that the results of most respondents were in the good category, 89 (59.3%) respondents. The statistical test results obtained a p-value of: 0.00 (< 0.05), which means that there is a significant positive relationship between nursing students' perceptions and their cooperative attitude in participating in IPE.
