Abstract

One the problems that occur in the agricultural sector,namely in terms of development and irrigation system, water distribution is not evenly distributed, causing the rice field irrigation system to not run properly, such as lamd is not exposed to water and there is land that is exposed to a lot of water. Water regulation and distributor of water in the rice fields especially during the rice cultivation season in cangkringrembang village is deemed less effective. As a result, farmers have to pay a lot of additional costs to drain water from rivers/dams to their rice fields. Therefore there must be a solution that can solve these problems, namely the need for an application to determine the equalization of water flow based on a web application using a GIS (Geographic Information System) Then the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method to design, build, and maintain information and system process. So that the development of information system that will be created later is expected to be in accordance with the needs and to be more affective and efficient in producing and using information. Programming language php, mySQL and Javasript to assist in developing this web.
